Sales Representative (Comfort Advisor)

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with customers, assess their heating and cooling needs, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions, blending sales expertise with a strong commitment to customer service.

Position Overview

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll be responsible for meeting with potential customers, understanding their unique heating and cooling requirements, and recommending solutions tailored to their specific needs. This role combines sales expertise with a commitment to customer service, helping clients make informed decisions about HVAC systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their HVAC needs and explain the benefits of our solutions.
  • Solution Recommendations: Tailor recommendations for products and services based on the customer's lifestyle, budget, and comfort needs.
  • Sales and Closing: Guide customers through the decision-making process, presenting them with clear, value-driven options and following up to close sales effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with HVAC product lines, system benefits, and energy-efficient solutions to provide the best recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the HVAC or home improvement industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions confidently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
